Have you seen Just A Tish's gluable bracelet form ideas yet? Check out her Gluable Challenge 4&5 (collage, fabric!), Gluable Challenge 2 & 3 (a Yummy Candy Inspiration) and for a giggle (Oops!) - Gluable Challenge - FAIL! I love the picture of the squished clay...I get this flashback to SNL's claymation dude, remember Mr. Bill? "oh nooooooooooooo!"
Or how about Lampwork Diva's ideas? Copper Kisses for $4.00. and also Glue is not my BFF
Another fun one was A Bead A Day's Fun With Bracelet Blanks - has a very chainmaille look to it.
I'm still trying to figure out what to do to finish the one I showed yesterday - and I have two more bracelet blanks to do - one is gunmetal, and then work on the two frames, which I think I'm going to do some mixed media collages (Tish beat me to it, but GMTA!) with to use as pendants, so I need to buy resin.

Nice post!! Thanks for including a link to abeadaday!! I'm a bit behind too! My first attempt at the square frame had to be peeled apart, but I have not given up! Just gives me more ideas! I have used a product called Triple Thick by DecoArt that I bought at Joann's instead of resin to create that bubble look. It doesn't smell and is easy to use, it just takes a few days to dry all the way through if you pour it on thick. No problem if you have the time. I used it in one of my projects for my book and it turned out pretty cute. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!!
Thank you, Lisa! I'll go take a look for Triple Thick - time, I gots lots of. Wonder if our Joann's will have it - last time I went I was very disappointed in the selection and prices. No wonder I do most of my shopping on line...
Dawno, I don't post much here, but I love following your inspirations and creativity.
Just knowing you read it, Lori, makes me smile! Thanks for the support...ya know, at some point I think all I learned at AW plus this beading thing may actually get me to submitting to beading magazines, or maybe, someday, even a book proposal - like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup - two great loves in one!
As I attempt and then continue to use this blog to test out the reception to my beading techniques and the clarity of my instructional writing(which needs polish but also gets practiced in my day job) I think I might have a shot at it!
I can't wait to see what you come up with. Thanks for sharing this in your blog.
